Madam Zanariah Abu Bakar is a Lecturer in the Software Engineering Department at Universiti Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Institute of Information Technology. She received a Masters of Science in Real Time Software Engineering from the University of Technology, Malaysia and she has started working in University Kuala Lumpur since January 2000. In year 2016, she obtained two professional certifications from International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) : Certified Tester Advanced Level – Test Manager (CTAL-TM) and Certified Tester Advanced Level –Test Analyst (CTAL-TA).
