She started her career as a lecturer at Universiti Kuala Lumpur in 200 and hold a Bachelor of Islamic Education (University of Malaya), Master of Islamic Education (UKM) and Doctor of Philosophy in Generic Skills (UTM) focusing on co-curricular activities. Dr. Wardatul have experience in teaching various subjects in undergraduate such as Pengajian Islam, Pendidikan Islam, Isu-Isu Kotemporari Muslim di Malaysia, Amalan Islam di Malaysia, Tamadun Islam dan Tamadun Asia, Rakan Masjid 1 and 2 and also Community Service .
RESEARCH AREA
Her research interests are in the area of education system, co-curricular activities, and Islamic Civilisation which she has received research fund as a project leader for 2017 for 2 years from external organization thru the Ministry of Education through the FRGS. The area of current research projects are about human trafficking in Malaysia.
