Suriana Ismail is a Head of Postgraduate Section and Senior Lecturer in the Software Engineering Section at Universiti Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Institute of Information Technology (UniKL MIIT). She received M.Sc. degree in Information Technology from Universiti Utara Malaysia, Malaysia, in 2007. She graduated from University of Rhode Island, USA with Bachelor of Sc. in Management Science and Information(1997). She has published a number of papers in conferences and journals.
