Suriana Ismail is Senior Lecturer in the Software Engineering Section at Universiti Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Institute of Information Technology (UniKL MIIT) for more than 20 years of teaching experience. She graduated from University of Rhode Island, USA with Bachelor of Sc. in Management Science and Information (1997) and an M.Sc. degree in Information Technology from Universiti Utara Malaysia, Malaysia, in 2007. She received a PhD in Information Technology from UNIKL later in 2021. She is a member of IEEE, Asia Region since 2021.
