Sallehin is a Senior Specialist in the Computer Engineering Section. He received and Master in Engineering from ESSTIN (Ecole Superieure des Sciences at Technique de l’Ingenieur de Nancy), France, before being engaged in the cellular telecommunication industry. With Alcatel-Lucent for 20 years, he has been around in South-East Asia and in the Pacific Islands for GSM network deployments, maintenance and upgrades.
