A.k.a Miss Gibb is an established Senior Lecturer and researcher in the Creative Multimedia Section at Universiti Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Institute of Information Technology (UniKL MIIT). She received a MSc in Multimedia Information Systems from the University of Portsmouth, England and worked as a lecturer since 1998. She has received training in Game Rating at Game Rating and Administration Committee (GRAC previously known as Game Rating Board (GRB )) in Seoul, South Korea. She involved with a lot of partnership between UniKL and Korean Universities in setting up collaborations and programmes.
RESEARCH AREA
Her research interests include multi platform of interactive applications, game development, game design, graphic design, interactive learning, mobile application, mobile game, cognitive rehabilitation using game and interactive video, and interactive storytelling (Digital and Non-Digital). She actively participated in a number of Multimedia projects in UniKL MIIT. Received RM50K grant from MARA to develop a prototype of an interactive hologram application. One of main committees for ACM IMCOM, an international conference organised by Sungkyunkwan University and Universiti Kuala Lumpur.
