RESEARCH AREA
I am primarily interested in solving complex inferential HCI problems involving large high-dimensional data using machine learning techniques, possibly in real-time. My current research revolves around the use of sensor data, particularly from wearables, smartphones, internet-of-things (IoT) and prototype sensing devices to model and infer human interactions implicitly. The end goal is to establish transparent interactions techniques that can be used to improve the quality and subsequently enhance standard human-device interactions.
