The Benchmarking Programme at UUM, UTP, USM, and UniMAP to improve the quality of counselling services and the management of clubs at UniKL MIIT was conducted from 22 – 24 April 2024.
A myriad of information was obtained during the sharing session on the improvement of counselling services and procedures for the management of clubs. Additionally, this event contributed towards increased cooperation between universities involved as well as the exchange of knowledge.
